Nanette Poserina, President - Group Sales & Marketing
Nanette is a healthcare consultant with 28 years experience in the insurance industry, specializing in Health, Prescription Drug, Life, Disability and Dental. She attributes her success and innovation in the insurance industry as a result of her tenure at one of the largest health insurance organizations in the region: Independence Blue Cross of Philadelphia. Nanette has formed many long- term broker relationships and alliances as an innovator particularly in Pharmacy Carve-Out and specialized custom benefit plans. She is also responsible for broker prospecting, growth and product development. The Wall Street Journal noted the National Advisory Council distinguished Nanette as the 2005 Business Woman of the Year for Montgomery County.
Thomas Poserina, Vice President - Finance & Corporate Administration
Tom brings over 35 years experience in administration, educational training and management skills which is crucial in the insurance industry. He is a graduate of DeSales University and currently provides administrative training and development along with managing life and ancillary sales and administration for our organization. Tom enjoys cultivating our staff to keep them motivated and engaged, and keeping communication open and transparent for increased productivity. He directs our team with a special focus on delivering exceptional user experience, continuous innovation, and highly relevant, accountable, and creative benefits marketing.
Kathleen Dunnum Solutions Advisor - Pharmacy Benefits
Kathleen joined our organization with over 24 years experience serving for 2 large local corporations as Director of Human Resources and Assistant Controller. Her experience in the negotiation of benefit renewals, coordination of employee benefits at open enrollments along with ongoing employee benefits education gives her great depth and understanding of the health and pharmacy benefits industry. Her knowledge of benefits orientation and communication relating to changes between client employees and insurance providers makes her a strong asset of our Benefits team. Kathleen's HR experience will complement her communication with our HISI Pharmacy clients and understanding their needs.
Dawn Cross, Solutions Advisor - Health Benefits
Dawn joined our organization joined our organization as a graduate of Rhema College. She was previously employed at MetLife Insurance Company as a Customer Service Representative. Dawn, in addition to handling our health benefits, also specializes in retirement deferred annuities, servicing contracts upon maturity and is experienced with the annuitization phase providing payout options and quotes. She currently holds a FINRA Series 6 License. Her strong administrative, organizational and exceptional interpersonal skills add a higher level of proficiency and effectiveness to our HISI Benefits organization.
Janell Roth, Solutions Advisor - Administrative Support
Janell joined our organization assisting with our client benefits data input. She directs inputting data as a critical resource of the organization to directly support our pharmacy and health activities particularly in assisting in the accuracy of recordkeeping for our HISI benefits clients. She is committed to insuring that our data resources are maintained with the same intensity and formality as our other resources.
Danielle Lelaj, Solutions Advisor - Administrative Support
Danielle joined our organization assisting with customer service and our client benefits data. She is also responsible for spreadsheeting and assisting the marketing department in driving the business to capitalize on our sales opportunities. Her excellent communication skills, self-motivation and prior experience in marketing projections, analysis and allocation of resources will add depth to our team. Danielle is a graduate of Immaculata College.
